Dr. Livingstone Rasalam is a Diplomate of
the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Chief of
Psychiatry at South Georgia Medical Center (1995-2000),
and Co-Chairman of the Physician's Advisory Board, NRCC. Dr. Rasalam comes from a family of ministers and physicians. His father, Dr. John Edward Rasalam, was a well known medical missionary in Trivandrum, South India. In 1982, Dr. Rasalam was chosen an "outstanding new citizen of the United States" by the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service, and was given special recognition by the U.S. Senator from Illinois.
