Dr. Livingstone Rasalam is a
Christian psychiatrist based in Valdosta, Georgia. He is
a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and
Neurology, Chief of Psychiatry at South Georgia Medical
Center (1995-2000), and Co-Chairman of the Physician's
Advisory Board, NRCC. Dr. Rasalam comes from a family of ministers and physicians. His father, Dr. John Edward Rasalam, was a well known medical missionary in Trivandrum, South India. In 1982, Dr. Rasalam was chosen an "outstanding new citizen of the United States" by the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service, and was given special recognition by the U.S. Senator from Illinois. Dr. Rasalam founded Ministry to Ministers in 1982 with the goal of forming an international, interdenominational ministry that would "serve humbly and share God's love, in the name of Christ." The organization offers professional counseling to all ministers, regardless of their ability to financially support the ministry. All counseling is strictly confidential. |
